The coach writes the intent
Progression model, movement selection, volume, rep and effort ranges, and the philosophy behind them. Set once as a house style, assigned per athlete, drafted into real weeks in minutes rather than evenings.
Coach and athlete, one system
A session built around your goals, your limits and the gym you actually walk into is better than one built for nobody. Built with a coach, it's dialed — because a coach knows the things software can't see. DialedRx is where those two meet: one plan, one set of numbers, both of you looking at it at the same time.
No card required to start, and you'll see the exact date of your first charge before you commit to anything. Installs to your home screen from Safari — no App Store, no download.

Nobody had to describe this to anybody. The swap, the loads that drifted off target, the movement that never happened, and the fact that the session was cut short — your coach is reading the same card you logged.
For athletes
Tell it your goals, your limits and what you've got to train with. Get a plan that respects all three and adjusts the moment something changes.
For coaches
Keep the part you're good at. Hand off the writing, the re-writing, the chasing and the spreadsheet nobody has opened since February.
How it works
Coaching mostly breaks down in the space between two people. The program lives in the coach's spreadsheet. The workout lives in the athlete's memory. What actually happened gets reconciled in a text message on Sunday, badly, if at all. DialedRx is one system with two seats — the coach writes, the athlete trains, and neither one has to describe it to the other.

Every session is filtered against that athlete's limits before anything is offered. Shoulder flares up on a Tuesday? It adapts inside the coach's intent instead of waiting for a reply — and the coach sees that it happened.
Sets, loads, effort, adherence, estimated 1RM, weekly volume per muscle. Not a summary the athlete typed up — the training itself, as it was logged, on both screens at once.
The engine
Every movement in the catalog is scored 0–5 on six biomechanical demands. Set a strict ceiling on your lower back and about 40% of the catalog stops being offered to you at all — removed before ranking starts, so nothing can score its way back in. What survives gets ranked on twelve signals and explained in a sentence you can check.

Signing up
Four screens between you and a program written for you. None of them ask for money, and the last one hands you something you can train on tomorrow.
Coach or athlete. If you got here by scanning a coach's code we already know, and you skip the question entirely.
The price, the trial length and the exact date of a first charge are all on the screen. Add a card now or add it on day 27 — your 30 days run the same either way.
Answer a few questions in your own words. The app writes you a real program around your goals, your limits and your equipment — then hands it over. That's the end of setup.
The full app, the full engine, your plan — plus credits to spend on a one-off workout or a whiteboard photo. Decide at day 30, not before.
Pricing
No card to start. Filtering, swapping and scaling against your limits is the product, and it's unlimited on every plan — credits are spent only when you ask the app to generate something new: a plan, a one-off workout, a whiteboard photo turned into structured sets.

Every account — athlete and coach — starts with 30 days free, and adding a card is optional during the trial. Athletes subscribe themselves, so a coach is never billed for an athlete. Bringing training history over from another app is a separate one-time import, priced by how many years you're carrying.
