DialedRx — Coach Agreement

This Coach Agreement applies in addition to the Terms of Service when you use DialedRx as a coach to connect with and manage athletes. By becoming a coach, you accept it.

1. You are an independent professional

You act as an independent professional, not an employee, agent, partner, or contractor of DialedRx. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, joint-venture, or franchise relationship. You set your own methods, schedule, and pricing with your athletes (outside the Service's own subscription fees).

2. Your qualifications & responsibility

You represent that you are qualified and, where required, licensed or certified to provide the fitness coaching you offer, and that you will comply with all laws and professional standards that apply to you. You are solely responsible for the programming, guidance, and advice you give your athletes. DialedRx does not verify credentials, review programming, or supervise your coaching.

3. DialedRx is a platform, not a provider

DialedRx provides software to help you manage athletes and their training data. We do not provide coaching, medical, or professional advice, and we are not a party to the coach–athlete relationship. Any agreement, expectation, or dispute between you and an athlete is between the two of you.

4. Athlete data & confidentiality

When an athlete connects to you (and while that connection is active and paid), you may access their training data to coach them. You agree to: (a) use athlete data only to provide coaching through the Service; (b) keep it confidential; (c) not export, sell, or misuse it; and (d) comply with the Privacy Policy and applicable data- protection law with respect to athlete data. Access ends when the connection ends.

5. Subscription

Coach features require the coach subscription described in the Subscription Terms (including any comp rule). Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed there.

6. Acceptable conduct

You will not use the Service to harass, endanger, or mislead athletes, to give medical advice you are not licensed to give, or to circumvent the Service's safety, payment, or data-protection features.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DialedRx harmless from claims arising out of your coaching, your programming or advice, your relationships with athletes, your representations about your qualifications, or your breach of this Agreement.

8. Termination

You may stop being a coach at any time; DialedRx may suspend or end coach access for breach or as required by law. Ending coach access does not delete your own athlete account or data.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement; material changes require your re-acceptance before you continue using coach features.
